Description: This is a collection of 3 postcards, a postcard booklet and a book, “Pacific Northwest Indian Motifs.” They all feature work by known (non indigenous) printmaker Charles B. Greul (1923-2000) from the Canadian Pacific Northwest in the style of aboriginal art. Most of his print work was on rice paper and dine in the 1950s and 60s. The book features 14 reproductions from original artwork. Each print measures 8.5 inches by 6.5 inches, (the entire measurement of book), and prints are one sided with no info on back page. This book is very good condition. It does have a small round price sticker on. The postcard book is Series #2 of Greul’s work. It only has 9 of the 10 designs inside, but is otherwise in good condition except for some light sepia toning on edges and price sticker in lower right corner on front. This booklet measures 3.25 inches by 5.5 inches. Last, there is a collection of 3 slightly larger postcards. They measure 5.5 inches by 3.5 inches. There is wear on back and some sepia/exposure toning to edges both front and back. The postcards and book were distributed by the Vancouver Magazine Service Ltd., out of British Columbia and were sold at Indian Curio Stores and Museums. This is a neat collection of Greul’s work! Shipped with USPS Media Mail. Thanks for eBaying with me!
