Description: Lovely Very Unusual Vintage/Antique Wall Clock. SIzes approx.62 cms high.48 cms wide.15 cms deep. Movement is encased in wood surround . Carved to bottom with nest eggs, acorn & oak leaves.I think the clock face is alabaster or something similar. Wreath of delicate flowers & leaves painted around the centre of dial.Glass front. Comes with the key.Clock keeps good time and chimes once on the hour (appropriate number of chimes e.g. 3 for 3 oclock) and once on the half hour.Has a lovely homely tick.We wind it once a week .Not sure how long it will last on a wind as we never let it run down completely. There is a hairline crack to the dial but its hard to see and doesnt distract from this lovely unusual clock. Otherwise in very good condition. Bought it as we loved it but now does not suit our present home hence reluctant sale. From a smoke & pet free home.
