This adorable, vintage (1993) figurine by the famous American artist, Lowell Davis, is in excellent condition and has the water coming out of the pan! Most simular figurines are missing the water piece that should be there but his one has it. The figurine is made of cold cast porcelain (water is likely resin or epoxy) and was made and hand painted in Scotland by Border Fine Arts and distributed by the Schmid Company. This figurine is one of a limited edition (#454/1250). It comes with it's COA, story card, wood base and a new box. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail to the United States. Thanks for looking!
