It is an ejector style forend. Note: This Forend utilizes the shorter push down rod, plunger and spring, typically found on Model 100’s. This is not a direct replacement for the Model 200E Beavertail Forend. SXS 12ga Splinter Forend measurements: Length = 19cm ~ 7 ½ “ Width = 4.5cm ~ 1 7/8” Height = 2.5cm ~ 1” This Forend has a Matte Finish with hand cut checkering and a plastic nose insert. It is in very good condition with only small surface scratches, scuffs and indentations from shipping, & storage. There are no visible cracks. This forend will require installation by a qualified gunsmith to ensure proper fit between the wood and metal piece to prevent cracking.
