Description: Item is New with tags and stunning as it is precious!! I noticed on the bottom of 2 of the bumps of the hem there is a slight yellowing in the tip of them, not sure what it is. Would think it would probably come out since it's a cotton dress, it's bot even noticeable unless you are looking for it. Sold as is.
