Made In Occupied Japan Ceramic Old Man In Hat

Description: This is a ceramic figurine of an old Japanese man in a hat. Marked "Made In Occupied Japan" on bottom. Acquired by my grandfather for my grandmother sometime in the 1949 to 1951 time period when he was TDY to Asia quite often with the Air Force. In overall good condition, with no cracks or chips. There are small bits of missing paint (see photos) but it's really quite lovely for a 75 year old collectible. Measure 5 5/8" tall. The photos are of the very figurine you are bidding on, not a "similar" item.
