She is an active researcher who has published several articles in national and international journals and proceedings. Ratih Hendayani is Lecturer at the School of Economics and Business, Telkom University. Currently, she also studies at the Graduate School of Business, Universiti Sains Malaysia for a PhD. Her research topic is about Operational Quality Management and Supply Chain Management.
