Description: Marantz 5025 in fantastic cosmetic condition. It turns on, lights up, plays**, stops, pauses, forwards and reverses all just fine. All switches seem to work as they should. **However, when playing, reels and tape move smoothly like they should, but there is no sound at all. I removed the cover to see if there was anything visually wrong. Everything looks like new inside. Even the belts look to be in great shape. Note that the 5025 is the exact same width as my Marantz 2265B receiver (as well as the 2265, 2285, 2285B, 2235 and probably others. The 5025B (and 5010B and 5035B) is narrower and doesn’t align with this series receiver. You should check receiver specs yourself in case I'm getting any bad info...
