Description: Good shape with fading, edgewear and a small tear near upper right. Measures 15" x 20". Not a very well known artist, in 1938 a Florida Artists Series titled “A Survey of Activity in Retrospect” toured the state’s Federal Art Galleries where he displayed at least one painting.
