Marx created its Flintstones' play set in 1961. In 1991, a business unrelated to the original Marx company acquired the rights to the name (subsequently operating under the name Louis Marx & Co., Inc.) and recast the Marx Flintstones' play set, along with adding additional items which had not appeared in the original 1961 set, and marketed the play set as the Marx Flintstones Collector Set Play Set Ruby Edition. Since all eBay rules apply, no sense regurgitating them here.
