Description: Given that you cannot open these boxes without destroying them (brilliant manufacturing decision) the BOXED vehicles are always MINT. This particular edition did not have a wide release and if you didn't buy it when it came out - you missed your opportunity. It is a very well-detailed vehicle and given that even the plastic is still fully attached - it displays extremely well. For a forty-three year-old box it is remarkably undamaged. No tears, splits or cracking around the edges - and these boxes weren't particularly well-made or hardy protectors. The first image is a good guide to the condition of this boxed item. Like the other two listed (including that sold yesterday) I bought these in 2004 and they have never been played-with by children - simply kept in that display cabinet. Their condition in 2024 is exactly as they were on delivery to me twenty years ago.
