The piece is orange with orange shovel and yellow wheel hubs (missing the 4 black tires). The shovel swivels side to side and you can raise and lower the shovel (surface wear as seen in photos). The item measures approx. 3” long with shovel in down position and when packed SECURELY for shipping, the weight is 6 ounces.
