Coin is in protective plastic but there some tarnish/ staining/ rubbing on both sides of the coin and along the rim -- most notably on the face of the coin by Mayor Daley's head (see photos #3-5 for up-close details). There is also some overall light scuffing, scratching, and cloudiness to the protective plastic and some scratching/ scuffing to the coin itself (sometimes hard to decipher which is on the plastic and which is on the coin).
