I typically include pictures of the items laying flat to give a good picture of the item as is is. Items are inspected prior to listing and all observed defects are disclosed. If not disclosed, it is an oversight and unintended human error on my part. . This is why I use pictures as part of my description. My items are shipped from a very clean and smoke free home. I do own two rescued brothers (cats) who I love dearly and take very good care of.
