This included a chemical dip to remove all paint Verifying the wheels were true, which they are now. This involved correcting a minor flat spot on one wheel rear barrel lip. There were no cracks or other structural damages. This restoration effort involved blending away minor curb rash and small flaws on all 4 wheels. The entire wheel (minus the mounting pad) was then powdercoated with a silver metallic resin. This color coat was followed by a clear powdercoat to provide a very thick and glossy durable finish. There are no significant flaws that I can find in the wheels or the finish. However, there are a couple of small "dings" in the metal that were powdercoated over. These can be seen only upon close examination. From more than a few feet away they can not be seen. See photos. Four good used OEM center caps were cleaned and installed. I have spun each wheel on a balancer and verified that it is 100% trued and straight. At least one photo of each wheel is shown below. Supersize to see the details. Packaging.
