Description: Designed for Issues 3 and 9 of the Build the K2000 KITT Knight Rider by DeAgostini/Fanhome/Altaya. Designed especially for the front wheels of KITT, this pair of all-metal drilled and grooved brake discs are held into place behind the front brake callipers – without the need for any glue! Installation is quick and easy, and immediately adds a higher level of detail to the brake discs of the front wheels. Black vinyl stickers are provided to place behind the brake discs, giving the effect of added depth through the drilled holes. Like so many other parts of the model, the brake discs will eventually become mostly obscured as the build advances. However, this is a detail that’s nice to know is there and greatly improves on the look of the rather boring plastic parts that come with the model. The brake discs do become visible through the wheels when the hub caps are removed – so if you’re using my magnetic hub cap conversion kit (available separately) you’ll enjoy these more than most!
