The sign is new, but does have some very light scratches from being put in and removed from the box (they are hard to see, but needed to be mentioned). The motor box with color wheel is used, but in perfect working condition. If you desire to pick up the sign locally you can save yourself some money. The sign measures 60"' x 24".
