Mexico Stamps Scott #21. 1866 Tulancingo? Overprint. USED/F/VF

Description: Mexico Stamps Scott #21. 1866 Tulancingo? Cancel. USED/F/VF As far as the Overprint is concerned, it's definitely 1866 but the District name is covered over. The name appears to be Tulancingo but could very well be Durango. If bidding or buying outside the US - Please let me know.
