Description: This is a BRAND NEW in the box NWT (new with tag) MICHAEL JACKSON THE ORIGINAL QUARTZ WATCH. This was made in Hong Kong for Triumph International Inc. & released in 1989. It's designed by JACQUES FAREL. See the pics for further details. PLEASE NOTE: The eBay pre-filled system doesn't have any info about this item. As mentioned, the watch is BRAND NEW with the Michael Jackson tag still attached. Due to the age of this item (made in 1989, it's now 33 years old as of this writing), I'd speculate that the battery needs to be replaced. I leave that up to the next owner. The brown wristband is genuine leather. The wristband is appx 8 1/4" long. I personally wouldn't wear it or use it as my collectibles are strictly for display and storing safely. The box has obvious damage, crushing in spots, scuffs, dings, wear & tear, etc., around it. There's a store price sticker on the upper left front corner. A faded original store receipt from the now defunct Colony Records store on Broadway in the Brill Building in Manhattan is included, dated in 2000. This item was wrapped & stored in a plastic tub for years. Now it's time for a new home. A fantastic & rare Michael Jackson collectible! The box measures appx 7 1/2" x 4" x 5/16" thick.
