This is the formula used for the Tissueponics TC shortcut and is provided as a replacement item to growers who already have the vessels and tools from the Complete kit. The 60ml concentrate plus 4g GelAgar packet makes one liter of tissue culture rooting media, enough for more than one hundred TC plant starts. Media is provided as a replacement component of the $250 Microclone and Cannabis kits, also listed on eBay. The Microclone kits includes four liters of concentrated media like this, plus starter tubes, 50 gow vessels and lids for glass baby jar TC vessels, tools and instructions. Everything except a plastic storage container clean box, HEPA filter, and pressure sterilizing cooker or Instant Pot. Works for all plants including cannabis. Media is prepared by mixing ingredients together to one liter of good quality tap water, or mixed with RO if above 80ppm. pH to 5.9 and dispense into Microclone 25mm culture tubes or 120ml Flip-top culture vessels. Vessels and tubes are sterilized in a pressure cooker, Instant Pot, or in small batches in a microwave. Instructions are included in Microclone kits and videos are linked to the Microclone web site. Tissueponics uses Rootkit media to make clean pre-rooted 2-inch minicuttings in only 3 weeks that are then planted in clean or sterile plug media to root over a few weeks. Cuttings in photos rooted in three weeks. Microclone tissue culture and Tissueponics are based on using pruned tops and small side limbs to make lots of new plants from what would be thrown out. Tissueponics is scaleable to any size production and is currently used in nurseries and grow facilities producing over 1000 clones a day.
