Description: Vintage Smoky Quartz colored COMPLETE set consisting of brooch, earrings, bracelet and ring."Midnight Magic" was created for Sarah Coventry in the August 1957.The rectangular cut, smoky grey quartz, rhinestones are in a windowpane layout, set with pink rhinestones, and a majestic, japanned rope design. (Dark japanned metal serves as an exotic counterpoint to clusters of rhinestones in rich colors.)This spectacular set of jewelry has the look of mysterious, HAUNTED, windowpanes and would be a great set to wear for those Halloween cocktail get-togethers or any other occasion for that matter!The earrings are clip on and measure 1 1/4" high by 1 " wide.The brooch measures 2 1/2" high by 1 3/4" wide. The brooch has a pin fastener and a hook that is used a chain to wear as a necklace. (Dual use as brooch or necklace.)The bracelet is 7-ΒΌ inch long with five grey stones in links. The fold-over clasp still works, and the safety chain is attached.The ring is adjustable.This set is in excellent vintage condition with moderate signs of wear. All the pink rhinestones are intact and complete. There are no damages on the grey stones but do show signs of wear on the back of the jewelry. The gold foil backing does show some light wear. The earring clips works as well, and the ring band is adjustable.
