We unfortunately have to move due to our other 2 roommates not moving in. This is a four bedroom apartment with a kitchen, living room, and utility closet for the washer and dryer. All utilities are included in the rent (water, electricity, internet), with the exception of electricity which has a $30.00 credit per person. You'd get a first floor apartment which we've had locked in since July. It's right next to OSU - cross the street and you're pretty much on campus. We chose the un-furnished option but the apartment still includes: Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, along with granite counters that extend over for a breakfast bar. Internet is pretty fast, and downloads are usually in the double-digit megabytes. The washer and dryer are in their own little closet. And trash is picked up at your door five days a week. External Ammentities: - Study Area in the main office - Volley Ball Area - Grilling Area - Rooftop Lounge & Pool - Rooftop Workout Gym Pets are allowed for an additional fee, we'd have to talk to the office. To clarify, this is a four bedroom apartment for two to four tenants. At Midtown each room has its own lease and rent, with the living areas considered "shared".
