Performance and range are great and the firmware is highly customizable. The box and all original accessories are included. For fair warning, model hAP ax2 has a known bug of occasionally locking out the user from the configuration menu, requiring a factory reset. You will likely not need to do this but if it ever does happen, you would hold down the reset button and then insert the power cable, wait until the green light has blinked at least three times, then let go of the reset button. You will know the reset process has started when both the green and blue lights simultaneously light up for two seconds. The router will be ready to use within a couple minutes after.
