I would rate it to be in a (8+/9) used vintage shape with very little normal use marks. No Crack, Chips or Breaks. It is 5 1/2" tall and about 8" across, the opening is 4" across with the inside opening about 3 1/4". It is designed to have 3 or 4 screws that tighten down around the lip. The lip is smooth and no chips. Probably would fit a ceiling, or lamp or light fixture! Pretty good shape over all for a vintage item!
