There is a significant water line along the inner hinges on all pages. This has also caused some mild waffling at the top of some pages. Book has pulled away from top binding staples. Staples show rust. Covers show bumps at all corners and the top left corners shows a stronger bump and one inch tear. Foot of spine has a small water stain. Back cover has 2x2 soiled area (may be water stain). Price is significantly reduced for condition. Bubble wrapped and shipped in a box.
