Description: Here is a Mitutoyo No. 103-933 outside micrometer set that is in excellent condition. These tools have been used??? Obviously, not very much. You will find some minor cosmetic imperfections, but nothing that will hinder their usefulness. So there are no surprises when you receive your tools, I want to show you the biggest flaws. The previous owner scribed his/her initials on two places on each of these micrometers. Also, the protective case has some missing wood. I tried to point this out in the last few photos. Please don't let these cosmetic imperfections detract from what is otherwise a very nice barly used set of micrometers. This set has a measuring range from 0" to 6" and has a .0001" resolution. Only three of these micrometers have had their protective coating removed. So, threeof these micrometers have never been used. The three that have been used work just like new. The spindles move in and out easily without any hesitations. Smoothly! The carbide faces look as if they were mirrors. This is demonstrated by the reflection of the dollar. Everything will work perfectly for you! I guarantee it! The six standards have never had their protective coating taken off of them. They have also never been used. The original wooden protective case has done a very good job of protecting these tools. It does have some wear on it from doing its job. It opens easily, latches shut, and holds everything securely. It will continue to protect your tools for many years to come. Also included is rwo small wrenches for making minor adjustments. Please look at all the photographs as they can help describe the condition of these micrometers much better than I can.
