This glove is fully and totally broken in and it is game ready ! So your young player will not struggle with a hard to use glove ! The glove also has an incredibly formed pocket that will work for both baseball and softball ! So once the ball enters the pocket of this mitt it is not going to pop out ! Checkout out the 4th and the 5th photos how the glove just wraps itself around a baseball ( this mitt totally swallows up a baseball ) and the 7th and the 8th photos show how the glove wraps itself around a full size 12 inch round softball ( And as you can clearly see this mitt also does a really good job swallowing up a softball also ) ! The inner lining is in very good condition as the glove is extremely comfortable to the hand and the fingers all the way up through the finger stalls ! As far as fitting goes, the glove is a comfortable fit on my average adult size hand ! The glove does not have a Velcro wrist strap but it really isn’t needed ! There is no ink or marker anywhere on the glove ! You will not be disappointed with this glove !
