MLB (National West Teams) Custom Letter/Number UNSEWN kit

Description: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU BUY 1. Please message me before making the purchase to make sure we are able to do the name/number kit you want. In most cases, I should be able to do it but in some cases, I am not able to. There are too many to list. Therefore please message me to make sure before you make the purchase.2. When you message me, be sure to include the year/color, the photo of the name/number showing the FONT you want us to do. Once you send it to me, I can tell you if I can do this letter and number kit for you3. Jersey is NOT included. I do not sell Jerseys. I only do the letters and the numbers ONLY4. I can only do solid color twill. I am not able to do kits with patterns in the twill or perforated numbers.5. Nameplate is NOT included. If you need one it will be done by special request and it would be made of polytwill (the same materials as the letters and numbers) 6. This kit includes the following: Name (Letters), Back Number (up to 2 Digits), Front Number (up to 2 digits)7. Also please note that these are unsewn kits. You will have to sew the colors together first and then sew the number onto your own jersey. The heat activated glue at the back of each color will help keep the colors in place while you sew them together. This goes the same for the letters too.8. Unsewn kits: In most cases or almost all cases it can be done much sooner (ie: from a few days to about a week) and it will be sent out when it is done. But in some cases it may take longer (ie: Need to order a color in) and if it is time sensitive message me first before purchasing.9. Please note the photos in this auction are samples on how the kit looks like. You will receive the kit with the correct color, team and font. To ensure that the font and color is correct, I can do a draft to make sure that the font and color is correct before cutting the kit for you! This is to make sure that the font and the colors are accurate for the year and season! ***10. I can also do letters and numbers for other leagues, teams, etc. Please follow the same procedure as #1 and #2. Other information/details JERSEY IS NOT INCLUDED! THIS IS ONLY FOR THE KIT All customized are made locally in house in Canada and made to order ourselves. This helps reduce and help cuts the overhead (and the middleman) and cost to pass the savings down to you! All kits are being cut using a professional cutter and the Poly-Twill Material (100% Polyester Twill) is used.The layers and colors for for the numbers NOT sewn together and the layers for the letters and the letters itself are NOT sewn onto the nameplate. Please note that the kit (name, numbers, layers, nameplate) must be SEWN onto the jersey.In addition, we will not fuse/glue or tack the colors together and the names on the nameplate. The reason is that if we do that, and when you sewn it together, you are not able to re-align the position of the colors and the letters. Therefore all numbers and letters will come loose so you are able to adjust the position correctly when you or the seamstress sewns it togetherInstructions on how to apply this to your jersey is below (instructions by manufacturer). Or if you do not want to apply or sew this yourself, your local seamstress can do this for you (they can follow the instructions below or if they have another way or applying it they can BUT regardless these must be sewn to the jersey. When you receive the product, the twill/fabric may crease, folded or sometimes curled up. This is normal and this is not a defect. As during shipment, the item may have shifted and got creased up or sometimes I need to fold the nameplate letters and/or numbers to fit it in the envelope. To get rid of the crease, like ANY fabric, all you need to do is to iron it out (or if you use a heat press, even better). Once you iron the creased part, the crease will disappear (The heat activated glue at the back does require an iron on a heat press and that will flatten all creases out). This goes the same for the curling if it happens.The product will be shipped only with a brown envelope only if paid with lettermail. If you require additional protection (ie cardboard as a backing to protect more, etc), Expedited shipping must be used. If you need these to be in a specific size (or if it is a multi color kit, if you need to each color to be spaced out in specific size), please let us know and we can do what we can to make it. Letters - 3" Side Number - 6" Back Numbers - 8" Spacing for each color (for multi color kits only) - 1/8" apart for the letters - 1/4" apart for the front and back numbers. If the season is not in the pulldown list, feel free to message us to see if it can be done. If we are able to find the fonts (or if you have the font you can send us) and the colors, we may be able to do it. Please message us for details and also prices varies for this custom work. Do not use bleach. Dry at a normal dryer setting on household machines. Do not dry clean Instructions on how to apply this to your jersey (if you decide to sew it yourself) Heat Press Instructions for Tacking: Time: 8-10 seconds Temperature: 330°F/165°C Pressure: Medium 1-Colour Application Instructions: Tacking for 2-3 seconds will allow you to realign letters if any shifting has occurred. A tight, zig-zag stitch or satin stitch is recommended for sewing Poly-TWILL. Be sure to use a Heat Printing Pillow inside the garment to prevent marks on transfers and lettering. 2+ Colour Application Instructions: Tack: Tack foreground to background with heat press or iron between two Reusable Cover Sheets. Sew: Sew foreground to background before tacking to garment. Final Application: Pre-press garment and tack your pre-sewn two-color lettering in place for final sewing. Taxes: Note: The buyer is responsible for any brokerage fees, taxes and duties charged against them after when the item is shipped out of Canada.
