Description: Modern Ceramic Vessel Candle Holder or Vase Colors:Matte Rust and light blue / brown glazeThe rust portion of the vessel appears to be ash glaze. It is speckled, pock marked and has an interesting texture and semi-matte appearance. Two sections are faceted, fluted / hand formed to echo a column. The top section of the lip of the vessel has a thick blue / brown glaze which strongly contrasts both the matte texture and the color of the rust section of the piece. This piece of pottery has two marks both of which are unclear.I have included photos of both marks. It could be the mark of Randy Johnson. The style also resembles work he did.
