SHIPPING This item will be shipped using a card sleeve inside of a Standard Mailing Envelope and will be free of charge to any resident of the United States. Internal tracking (tracking via eBay Customer Support) WILL be included with this item via eBay Send Shipping. Expedited shipping will be available for a small extra charge of $7.00 USD. If buying multiple items, combined shipping will be used when available. International Shipping will be available through the use of the Global Shipping program.
