Description: Update: 6/24/24 The router has been updated with heavy duty lifting casters. Now it can roll easily for transport. The casters are also removable (see photos). Customized Momus cnc router from cnczone forum project website. Fully enclosed with dust collection. Everything is built into the machine (computers, power supplies, controllers, fans and vacuum). 26”x16”x6” working volume. Back panel is removable so longer work pieces can be slid through. Water cooled 3HP Urga GMT Spindle. ER20 collet. Hitachi 2.2kw VFD. All components top notch. Most mechanical parts from AvidCNC, bearings, screws, anti backlash nuts, carriages, spindle mount, motors, wire, etc. Custom dust collection system with 2 length bristle boots and 6HP vacuum. Electric parts include power supplies by MeanWell, Gecko Diver G540 4 Axis Driver, Ethernet SmoothStepper, touch screen control monitor from Smallpc and Shuttle DS61 slimline PC running Windows XP SP2. Includes Mach3 control, and Vetric vcarve pro V7.5 software. Can easily cut wood, plastic and aluminum with proper speeds and feeds. I cut the side aluminum panels that cover the internal locations for the controllers and computer with this machine as I was building it. I estimate that it weighs 350 lbs. Measures approx. 76” high, 54” wide, 48” deep. Very good condition. Barely used. Built for a project that never materialized. After completion the machine has been used for a couple miscellaneous plastic and plywood projects. Other than that it has been sitting unused.
