Description: Absolutely stunning!!! Limoges, MR France, Martial Redon, mother and son chocolate pot. Pot depicts hand painted flowers and matte gold. Pre-owned and in good condition. Has a slight chip in the lid and some crazing on the lid. Matte Gold may show some wear. Please review pics. Chocolate pot from Limoges, Martial Redon was produced from 1891-1896. Made in France. Pot measures 9 1/2" tall with the lid and 6 1/4" wide, with this including the handle. Pictures show translucency of porcelain in the light. There are three markings on the bottom of the pot. The first MR France. The second is the MR is incised into the porcelain. The third is also incised and appears to be the number 3. This is a very, very RARE piece. Perfect for the Limoges collector.
