You must use a native 16-pin PCI-E power cable from your power supply, or use your own adapter cable. Otherwise it's good to plug in, and go. Using Geforce Experience, you can automatically update your drivers. Use Nvidia Control panel to tune your graphics settings to your liking. Favorite card I've used so far, will be sticking to msi.
