It appears to never have been removed from the package so this is probably how it was when it was packed. I didn’t touch the box, I only handled by the wheels and the couplers. Box has a little shelf wear, perhaps some dust.Looks never run. NOTE: I have chosen USED as the condition, it appears to have never been removed from the box until I did to take these photos, but because of the scuff on the top I have listed as Used.
