Description: I received this book in the mail from someone living in Spain when I was expecting an entirely different book by Elizabeth Gaskell from someone in the U.S. So weird. But I have so enjoyed this book while I have had it, showing off how old it is (1890 BTW). I hope whoever buys it loves it as much as I have. "Lady Ludlow & Other Tales" by Mrs. Gaskell, AKA, Elizabeth Gaskell The publishers are Smith, Elder, & Co 15 Waterloo Place, London This is a Pocket Edition. It is rather small. It has cut and uncut edges. So, the pages aren't always even. There are no stains or marks except some pages are beginning to discolor. If you want more pictures of where this might be happening, I would be happy to do so. The actual cover is made of a sort of cardboard. It is multicolored, featuring browns, golds, and black. The corners are bending just a bit. But please remember, THIS BOOK HAS BEEN AROUND FOR OVER 130 YEARS. It looks pretty good. PLEASE ask questions. I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. $120.00 + free shipping
