It is NOT card board, metal, plastic or wood. This listing is for one (1) N scale set of mobile/trailer park homes. This is a card stock kit. Very detailed and low cost alternative to populating your layout with structures. No cutting is required! Easy easy easy!! All pieces come pre-cut with perforated folding areas. You do not need a ruler or scoring tool to make fold like most other kits. Our production process takes all the guesswork out for you! Only a narrow pair of tweezers (not included) to help with some very small parts. A fine tip brush and paint (not included) can be used to conceal perforation makes if desired. Card Stock is a form of thick PAPER. This is NOT a wooden or plastic kit. Unsure about card stock models? No problem. If you are buying from us for the first time, you can return your first purchase no questions asked if not satisfied, even if you have already assembled parts. And we pay postage. (more details below) Paper specifications: (please pay attention) 110 lb or 200 gsm also known as “cover stock” or “card stock” For example; thicker than normal printer paper but not as thick as greeting card paper Includes: 5 trailer homes from 6.2 cm to 8.25 cm long and 1.7 cm wide x1 wood (textured) stoop x1 awning -simple assembly required. Glue not included. Assembly time is as little as 45 minutes with experience paper modelling for the set. A very basic photo instructional diagram sheet will be included. Very easy!! This is a model kit and once assembled properly it will resemble the one pictured here. Additional models and/or scenery in photos are not included.
