Very usable, readable book. Soon after this title was first published, Native Son was selected by Book of the Month, as its first publication by an African American author, with a BOMC first run of 250,000. That book is often confused with the original first edition. This book is marked B-P on the copyright page - very likely the second BOMC run after the initial 250,000 sold out within 3 weeks. The first 250,000 run was marked A-P, and First Edition, although it was not a true first edition. Although this book does have some condition issues, it is an interesting printing of this famous work by a Mississippi author. Buyer to pay $6 shipping. I will package carefully and ship promptly.
