I would say it's never been used before because I couldn't get it to run on windows 10, however each disk has been inserted into a new disk reader tray only 1 time so that's the condition it's in. The manuals are all in there, so are the installation disks for need for speed underground 1 and 2, need for speed most wanted doesn't require an installation disk.
