All broken plastic jewel cases are replaced prior to shipping. Occasionally they do get cracked as a result of the postal system and this has no bearing on the condition of the CD or inserts. I cannot be responsible for broken jewel cases after they have left my hands. Shipping is generally 1 to 2 weeks within Canada; 2 weeks to the USA and 3 to 4 weeks worldwide.
