The featured quilt was made by Jane Morton cook of Scituate, Massachusetts. It was made of cotton and 115 inches by 99 inches. Jane Martin cook was the daughter of Caleb and Esther Morton Cook. The hexagon pattern was used extensively in England from the late 18th through the 19th century. Puzzle is brand new and unopened. The top has some little waves from humidity over the years.
