Sometimes these are called white cocoa, because white chocolate is made from cocoa butter rather than dark cocoa which is reflected in the ingredients. Put in a mug, pour hot milk over the bomb and the creamy white chocolate will melt and reveal mini marshmallows that float to the surface. Delicious way to spend a relaxing cold winter evening or give yourself a nice treat at work. They have best-before dates of February 2024 which is why this lot is being sold cheap, but have been kept in a cool temperature controlled pantry so they still taste the same as from the store.
