They are handcrafted in the US by the best shoe maker in this country They are all leather except for the heel cap, meaning leather soles, insoles, uppers and linings.Local pickup only. They are no longer available but an almost identical pair would cost at least $450 to order now($395 for Handcrafted in US and at least $50 custom charge). There is no size marking. I estimate they are 4 B or C from the measurements but you must compare the following measurements to dress shoes that fit you and of course will try them on when you pick them up: I have another identical pair listed except chili color. 10 1/4 inches sole length 3 3/8 inches sole width at widest point 9 5/8 inches inside length from toe to back edge of insole
