Installation notes: The glue is very sticky - It's best to clean the original plate and knock off any loose paint etc with a brush, sandpaper etc. You are only trying to get rid of any loose stuff not sand the plate down. I like to remove one of the two sheets on the back and lightly position the overlay. I like to try to line up a couple of the smaller holes. When you get it where you want it and are sure..... you can then use the palm of your hand, soft cloth etc. to press it tightly to your old panel. NOTE: This is the black overlay.
