NOTE: A low profile distributor will be needed when using this manifold. NOTE: Many Ford vehicle models were originally equipped with a heater core flow restrictor located at either original heater hose fitting in factory intake or inline in the inlet heater hose which protects the heater core from damage. If replacing the hoses between the engine & heater core or changing the factory fitting check to see if your application requires a flow restrictor. Failure to use the proper flow restrictor will likely result in a damaged or leaking heater core.
