Description: Offered for sale are these stunning, handcrafted, unique, Egyptian Goddess Isis drop earrings. These dramatic and beautiful earrings are crafted from vintage Egyptian Revival solid brass stampings, featuring the Egyptian goddess, Isis. The brass stampings make these gorgeous hand-crafted originals lightweight and so very comfortable to wear. (My gallery photos show the backside of these pieces in case you are not familiar with brass stampings. These stunning pieces have vintage art- deco brass stamped, fanned shell and engraved lantern bead connectors that are intricately detailed and look gorgeous with the Isis drops. The earrings measure 3 1/4” in length, 3/4” across at widest point and are mounted on French hook ear wires. **The vintage brass components are new "old stock" so they have never been used or circulated. Earrings are brand new-never worn. FYI ABOUT GODDESS ISIS: This Goddess was associated with all of the elements: earth as a fertility Goddess, air through her association with wind especially the North wind, fire as a solar Deity she is described as Maker of the Sunrise and the Brilliant One in the Sky and lastly water as she was linked to the flooding of the Nile.
