The figure is about 7.5" tall, includes a large sword accessory with an attachable arm, and is still brand new and factory sealed. There is some wear on the package including denting along the right side of the clear plastic bubble section (can be seen in the pictures), some other lighter denting & some scratches on the bubble section, and some wear on the cardboard backing section including a little bending, denting, corner & edge wear, and minor tears, though nothing which effects the package contents.
