Selling this vintage Anthropomorphic Japan Norcrest Pink & Yellow Birds on Branch figurine. After market research, I learned that this figurine was made by Norcrest. This measures about 5" long and 4.25" tall. Marked JAPAN on the bottom along with a makers mark of a clover within a laurel wreath. There is a tiny mini chip on the tip of the feathers on top of the blue bow bird. I couldn't even get a picture because it was so small. I used a 5 power loop to see it. Tiny speck on the cheek of the yellow bow bird where the top layer of paint may have nicked off. Other than this chip the condition is very good with no other chips, no cracks, no repairs and no discoloration. There is some age related dust in the crevices of the figure that I will leave to the new owner to remove. Produced in the 1950's by Norcrest, this darling figurine is two yellow birds with flowers on a branch. Pastel colors of pink, yellow and green, it is just adorable. Very difficult to find... this piece doesn't come up for sale often. These adorable Norcrest antrhopomorphic birds will make a great addition to your vintage collection! I AM NOT AN EXPERT WHEN IT COMES TO GAUGING THE CONDITION OF USED OR VINTAGE ITEMS. I EXPLAIN AS MUCH AS I CAN AND TAKE MANY PICTURES AT DIFFERENT ANGLES TO SHOW GREATER DETAILS.
