Description: This Norman Rockwell plate is in used condition. Some of them may have some scuffs and/or scratches from use or display. They have been wiped down with water only. I hand wash every item (that can and/or should be washed) before listing. Please examine photo's well for the item condition and flaws. Most of my items are received from estate sales. I do not always know the history behind each item-or-whether or not it was a smoking home. All items from my store generally ship out within 24 hours of purchase (not including weekends or holidays). If purchased before 12:00 pm eastern, your item generally will be in the mail same day (delays are possible from time to time). If purchased after 12:00 pm eastern time it will be in tomorrow's mail.
