This looks like it is from the early or mid 1940s and is rare surviving Ice Cream item and was from a small find of Vintage Ice Cream Advertising Ephemera items stored in a warehouse for decades. This is wax Bag and new and unused and you are getting one bag. This was stored for years in a box and retains great color and is in nice condition, not brittle at all, this is new old stock and is still very nice, not perfect, maybe a minor mark here or there...
