Oversized hidden snaps, brass double-button cuffs, and a wide overlapping collar that might be described as a shawl or pilgrim collar. I would describe it as a peplum style; fitted through the shoulders and bodice, with flared pleats from the fitted waist. Falls to about the upper to mid thigh. There are two cord loops at the side seams for a sash or belt, and I'm unsure if it ever had one. Removeable satin flower that has two sewn-in safety pins. Fully lined in red, white, and blue plaid. The fit is pretty snug - I wear a 0 in most clothes and would say it fit, but there wasn't a lot of wiggle room. The sleeves are slightly cropped and fall at the upper wrist.
